Does Tengard SFR Termiticide Insecticide kill spittlebugs/froghoppers (cercopoidea)?

Tengard SFR Termiticide Insecticide is not labeled for spittlebugs/froghoppers. We would recommend a product such as Talstar P at the rate of 0.25 to 0.5 fl oz per gallon of water. Please be sure to review the product label for complete application instructions.
