Tordon RTU Specialty Herbicide is not labeled to work on Sycamore Trees and its suggested by the manufacturer to only be used if you are trained and familiar with that herbicide due to the potential for damage to desirable nearby vegetation. If you are wanting to completely kill the tree typically you must kill and remove the stump. To kill a sycamore stump using a stump grinder to grind the stump down to ground level. You will then dig it out with the connecting roots. You could use a stump killer such as Fertilome Brush Killer and Stumper Killer to the newly cut stump within a few minutes after cutting. You would still need to do your part to remove the stump but the Fertilome Brush Killer and Stump Killer will prevent resprouting.
