Durvet Propylene Glycol is a great solution to ketosis in dairy cattle. Contains 100% of propylene glycol which is a highly effective routine treatment and prevention of acetonemia. It may also be used for prevention prior to experiencing ketosis. For prevention, start feeding each dairy cattle 4 to 8 oz per day starting 14 days before freshening. For maintenance, continue feeding for 6 weeks. In treating ketosis, provide 4 to 16 fluid ounces to a cattle daily for 10 days. It can be used as a drench or mixed with feed.
