    Q
Can I use Eagle 20EW Specialty Fungicide on my flowering marijuana plants?
    A

Eagle 20EW Specialty Fungicide is not specifically labeled for marijuana plants.

Customers will need to make their own decision as to what they consider safe. Some of these products are natural and organic and others aren’t. Some products, like the miticides, probably shouldn't be used when the plants are flowering.

  • Asked by Ralph from New Jersey

    Q
Does Eagle 20EW Specialty Fungicide treat cedar Apple rust fungus on my Bradford pear trees?
When would be the best time to apply it to my Bradford Pear Trees. The trees do not bear fruit, just ornamental tree.
    A

Eagle 20EW Specialty Fungicide is labeled for rust fungus in flowering pear trees, and possibly would treat the cedar apple rust, However, the Source Price Tebuconazole 3.6 would be a better option, and you would want to spray the trunk, branches, and foilage. You would apply this 3 times per year 14-21 days apart beginning with spring bud break.

  • Asked by Pablo from Md
    05/21/2014
    Q
When using a hose dial sprayer for grapes what is the setting when applying Eagle 20EW?
Do I dilute the fungicide in the sprayer bottle in addition to the water that will come through the hose? The label is confusing.
    A
It is not recommended to use the Eagle in a hose end applicator as they do not deliver an even application and most do not go down to a low enough setting for proper dilution. According to the product label: Use 6-10 oz per acre for disease control on grapes. This comes out to roughly 0.25 oz per thousand square feet in no less than 2 gallons of water. If your hose end sprayer allows you to dial down to this setting then you may be able to use it otherwise you would need a pump or backpack sprayer.

  • Asked by Jimmy from Kaysville, Ut
    03/29/2017
    Q
How much Eagle 20EW would I need to treat 250 sq. ft. for necrotic ring spot?
    A

You would use 1.2 to 2.4 fl oz per 1000 sqft of Eagle 20EW so for a quarter of that area you would use 0.05 to 0.06 fl oz.  There is no specific mixing ratio of product to water, as water is just the carrier for this product. You will need to calibrate your sprayer by measuring off a 250 sq. ft. area to determine how much water it will take to cover that much space
