    Will Echelon 4sc eliminate the existing annual bluegrass now growing?
    A
    Echelon 4SC  for annual bluegrass works best if applied in the fall for the annual bluegrass. Use as a pre and then post emergent.

    How far must the Echelon application be kept away from a vegetable garden
    I couldn't find the info on the label.

    Echelon 4SC is both a pre and post emergent so you would want to keep it at least a few feet away from the vegetable garden and be sure that no drift spray would touch the growing plants to prevent harming them.
