    Does not work

    By Michael on 08/12/2015

I applied this product 3 times over a months time and still have yellow jackets flying in and out the same mortar joint into my house. Not sure if this dust looses potency over time but it has made no change. Even purchased the fancy duster to apply, hard to see how it got such good reviews.

    Pyrethrum dust

    By Ed on 10/25/2016

Sprayed the yellow jacket nest 3 times and it did nothing. Not sure what else I could have done. I had 3 ground nests and I sprayed all three, three nights in a row. The bees kept flying in and out. It did not seem to do anything.

Thank you for your comments! If you are able to contact the nest directly, then the Evergreen Dust should do a good job of controlling the insects; it just sounds like you need to give the product more time. Dust has a much slower kill on target insects than formulations like sprays, so we encourage you to be more patient so that it has time to work. For quick knockdown of flying stinging insects, we suggest Wasp Freeze Aerosol: Please let us know if we can further assist you. We appreciate your business and your feedback!

Really fired up the yellowjacket Wasps

    By Michael on 09/29/2017

Yellowjacket wasps found a crack in my vinyl siding and built a hive somewhere under the siding. After dark, I used the long narrow tube attachment on the duster and sprayed inside the vinyl siding. The next day the wasps were furious. A major swarm of wasps flying around violently. I repeated the process the next night and the following day is was as bad or worse. It did not do a thing to get rid of the wasps but it certainly made them very angry.

Thank you for your review. We apologize you did not receive the expected results. However, Evergreen Pyrethrum Dust 1% can last for up to 4-6 months depending on where it was applied. You should also note that Evergreen Pyrethrum Dust 1% dust does not have an immediate kill (all dusts take time to kill insects), and it can take about 3 days for insects to die after they have come into contact with treated areas.

Seems completely ineffective against my yellow jackets

    By Bill on 08/24/2017

I tried 4 applications of this on two different yellow jacket nests - One in the ground and one in the siding of my house - and it seems to have had no effect on the yellow jackets. I used a bellow duster to apply and also tried applying directly from the bottle to the nest on the ground since it seemed like I might be able to apply it a bit heavier that way when the first few applications didnt work. Bottom line is I seem to have more yellow jackets than ever. I did get my order quickly so no complaints about that aspect of my purchase.

two bottles on wasp nest - no result

    By Javor on 10/20/2017

Dusted the in-ground hole of a wasp's nest over a period of two weeks. Each time the hole was plugged with white dust, each time the wasps dug another hole, and so on. so far the nest is alive and well...
