I use at least one case of these a month, they repel water very well if you use the steel rods to suspend the bait. Different than other bait stations they will hold 9oz of bait, handy if your using a bait that's not a single feed around residential homes. Also it's a tough station that holds up in commercial applications where they can be mistreated by cleaning people. Like most plastic bait stations tree squirrels will chew them up but they don't seem to chew through the back of the station ruining it like other brands, they enlarge the access hole until they get the bait. They're totally dog and child proof.

It almost feels like these were designed to just not fit a regular trap inside so you have to buy specific ones

Had a bit of difficulty with the key initially, but with some practice, it is now easy (push down on key while turning). It has cured our rat problem in our free-standing garage.

Since we are in Florida there are times of the year when the palm tree rats love to bother us while eating the seed pod in the palm trees. Using these bait stations and the recommended bait have eliminated all the damage they do to our properties. Great product.

Just what we need. We suddenly have a lot of rats because the apple trees are dropping a lot of apples.
