Seems to work well so far. The key is to be persistent, not a quick fix in a day or to. Three weeks in to initial treatment and seeing a big difference. Maintenance ever so often looks like will rid of pesty critters. Will order again if needed.

Ok, I'm not one to do reviews....BUT....something worked!!! I live in the city and the neighbors got evicted AND WERE INFESTED WITH ROACHES!!! The landlord took the kitchen cabinets out of the house and slammed them on the ground and roaches went everywhere!!! Long story short, they got into my house!!!!!!!!!! I was freaking out!! My daughter is allergic to them! I honestly don't know what worked because I used temprid sc, fenvastar ecocap, boric acid, diatomaceous earth, delta dust, and gentrol....one or all of those worked!! It was not over night. It took about a month, but it did work.

Great product, solved my problem even keeps wood peckers away. As best as I can tell, does not harm wood peckers but they do not return.

I like that it is more environmentally friendly. I apply it until the floor is wet with the product. Still it seems to work only for a couple weeks then have to reapply. Maybe this "encapsulation" concept doesn't work. It's been humid here since using the product as it's rained almost every day. Maybe that affects the encapsulation. If this is known, then maybe it should be in the description. Wish they had the same product with the eco friendly veg oil, but NO encapsulation.

Looks very effective so far. 1st treatment is two weeks ago for housefly and Asia Beetle problem. (Infestation?) Noticeable reduction in activity. 2nd application today.
