I try to use as much Fertilome Prods. as I can find simply because they Are Earth friendly and they Work as well as claimed. The first time I used their Lawn Food plus Iron i wasnt sure the results since didnt have any idea what the previous home owner had used before. I put it down about August the first time i used it then decided i would want to put it down with granulated granite and has worked just fine. A great product you can count on to "Keep it in The Green" to a great yard.

Green Lawn using Ferti-Lome Lawn Food Plus Iron 24-0-4

After purchasing your product my lawn became much thicker and much more healthier looking with a rich dark green color. Withing two weeks of applying this product my lawn was noticeably healthier. I would highly recommend this product. Thank You, Al Petrizzi

Must be careful

This stuff badly burned my lawn in numerous locations. I used a Scott's spreader with the correct setting for this product. Additionally it was far less effective than Scott's Green Max for greening up the lawn but it did seem to work overall. There was a warning in very small print to water lawn immediately after its application which I did. The burns look horrible

Greener Lawn

This is the second year I have used this fertilizer on my yard, which is centipede grass located in the Florida panhandle. My yard is noticeably darker green than both neighbors that pay for lawn service. The neighbors get a sprayed on fertilizer. I will continue to use this. I use a Scott's drop spreader.

An investment for the health of your lawn. I am not using this to get my grass free, to green my grass I use chelated iron of .05 % or more. This product is high in nitrogen and that is recommended to stimulate root growth in the early spring, when your sod is getting out of the dormant stage. I also apply it in September. I been using this product for two years as part of my program and it does work great. My grass grows develops stronger roots every year. Areas were the grass was thin, have improved tremendously

Stronger lawn

This product def made a difference, my backyard grass was thin as hair, very week and if you walked on it, it flattened out. Now it's very thick - I did put more on it than it said, I did two applications about two weeks apart but it made a difference.

Burned yard ???? and will always use Scott's in the future. It costs more but at least I don't have to replace dead grass. Fertiloam is the only product I have purchased from domyown that has completely disappointed me. Really deserves no stars. You should not carry it.

I have used Fertilome with Iron for decades with great results. I worked at a landscape nursery at age 16 while I was going through school. The owner sat on the board of directors at VPG, (Fertilome) so I learned about quality products from his expertise. I have always been pleased with their products.
