Great stuff!

I try to use as much Fertilome Prods. as I can find simply because they Are Earth friendly and they Work as well as claimed. The first time I used their Lawn Food plus Iron i wasnt sure the results since didnt have any idea what the previous home owner had used before. I put it down about August the first time i used it then decided i would want to put it down with granulated granite and has worked just fine. A great product you can count on to "Keep it in The Green" to a great yard.

Green Lawn using Ferti-Lome Lawn Food Plus Iron 24-0-4

After purchasing your product my lawn became much thicker and much more healthier looking with a rich dark green color. Withing two weeks of applying this product my lawn was noticeably healthier. I would highly recommend this product. Thank You, Al Petrizzi

Must be careful

This stuff badly burned my lawn in numerous locations. I used a Scott's spreader with the correct setting for this product. Additionally it was far less effective than Scott's Green Max for greening up the lawn but it did seem to work overall. There was a warning in very small print to water lawn immediately after its application which I did. The burns look horrible

Great Product

I've used many lawn fertilizers over the years comma however comma this one is the best! Nothing will green the lawn up faster then this product.

Your application directions are not broad enough. There are at least 10 to 15 companies making spreaders and

and you only name 3 and my spreader is not one of them. My spreader is a Scotts EvenGreen. I don't want to burn my lawn. If I don't hear from you, I'll have to return the product to the store

We apologize but we feel you have gotten us mixed up with the manufacturer of the product you purchased. We do not make the product or put the options of spreaders on the label, we are just a retail company that provides the products. That being said, as you stated there is no way for any company who makes granular products to list and cover all the thousands of spreaders on the market on the label. You normally have to calibrate your spreader to the product you are using each time by setting it at a medium setting and walking a 1000 sq/ft to see how you get coverage. If you plan to use for example 1.5 lbs per 1000 sq/ft and you put your spreader on a middle setting and walk 1000 sq/ft and run out of product too soon, then you know you have it set too high. If you cover the whole area and still have product left, you have the setting too low. This will help you find the correct setting for your yard and spreader.
