Fertilome Liquid Systemic Fungicide II is not labeled for use on potted plants or house plants, so we would only recommend it for use on listed turf and trees, shrubs, etc. in the ground. If you need to treat potted plants, then we would recommend a product specifically designed for this use, such as Monterey Complete Disease Control Ready-To-Use. The Monterey product can be used on houseplants for many common diseases.
Unfortunately, Fertilome Liquid Systemic Fungicide II is not labeled to be used as a systemic soil drench. If you are looking for a product to use that way we would recommend Monterey Agri-Fos Systemic Fungicide. This can be used as a soil drench at the base of the tree, foliar spray, by soil incorporation, through basal bark treatment, and as a bare root dip.
Fertilome Liquid Systemic Fungicide II is not labeled for use on fig trees. It is mixed with water and applied as a foliar spray according to the label instructions.
We do recommend doing a small tank mixture first to ensure there is no clumping between the two products. You will use the mixing rates for each product per gallon of water. Ferti-lome Liquid Systemic Fungicide II per gallon does only cover 250 sqft.

If any edible was sprayed the fruit would not be edible and should not be consumed as this product is a systemic product and could be absorbed by the apple tree. You could potentially mix and apply a horticultural oil with Fertilome Liquid Systemic Fungicide II. If you are using the oil as a fungicide, then you may want to apply the products separately, using them in rotation with one another to decrease the risk of disease resistance.

We recommend that you test a small area before treating all of your plants if you are concerned about phytotoxicity or other potential damage.
It's safe to use Fertilome Liquid Systemic Fungicide II on your hollies and if there is any disease present it would likely help eliminate it or at least reduce its presence and damage. However it has no insecticidal properties so it would not do the same things as the Systemic Insect Drench.
Ferti-lome Liquid Systemic Fungicide II is a Group 3 Fungicide, and contains Propiconazole as the active ingredient. BioPhos can be applied as soil drench and/or foliage spray for leaf spot. For the foliar spray fungicide treatment, you will need to rotate fungicides every 2-3 applications applying at 14 to 28 day intervals. We would recommend Clearys 3336F or Propiconazole 14.3 for a rotation fungicicde.
