Fertilome Pruning Paint is a specially formulated tree wound dressing with a brush on applicator. It is designed to provide a fast-drying, protective layer on broken trees, grafts, pruning cuts, and woody shrubs. It coats the affected area with a strong, elastic layer to protect them and prevent further damage. Ideal for treating injuries on roses, ornamentals, fruit and shade trees. Comes with a convenient brush-in-can applicator for easier use. Available in pint size can.

Use brush-in-can applicator and apply thin coat as follows:
ROSES and ORNAMENTALS: Treat all pruning cuts 1/2 inch in diameter or over.
FRUIT and SHADE TREES: Treat all pruning cuts 1/2 inch in diameter or over. Cut decayed and dead wood back to sound wood and treat.
WOUNDS and ABRASIONS: Trim as required and treat. Fertilome PRUNING PAINT gives a tough, elastic, rapid-drying coating over the cut area.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
Fertilome PRUNING PAINT, when used according to directions will provide a protective coating against the entry of moisture. It prevents excessive sap flow.
CAUTIONS: Keep away from heat and open flame. Use only with adequate ventilation. If swallowed, DO NOT induce vomiting, keep person warm and quiet, get medical attention immediately. Avoid contact with eyes or prolonged contact with skin. In case of contact, flush eyes thoroughly with water, get medical attention. For skin, wash with soap and water.
