    How is Natural Guard Spinosad Soap Concentrate applied? Can I use it in a hose-end sprayer?
    A

    Natural Guard Spinosad Soap Concentrate is applied at the rate of 7 oz. per gallon of water.  You can use a hose-end sprayer if it can be calibrated accordingly.  Apply when insects are present. Thoroughly spray all plant parts with diluted solution to wetting, including undersides of leaves.

    I had curly leaf on my plumeria.
    I bought this product recommended by Armstrong's garden. I hope this will whatever is curling up the leaves on my plumeria. In addition I also am having problems with my lantana. Not sure what eating it but I used it on those plants as well.

    Natural Guard Spinosad Soap Concentrate is specially formulated to protect against insects and powdery mildew on a wide variety of plants, including ornamental plants and flowers.  You can refer to the manufacturer's product label for application instructions, and use as directed.

    Is Spinosad Soap harmful or what effects does it have to pollinators such as honey bees?

    According to the manufacturer's product label, Natural Guard Spinosad Soap Concentrate "is toxic to bees exposed to treatment for 3 hours following treatment.  Do not apply this pesticide to blooming, pollen-shedding or nectar-producing parts of plants if bees may forage on the plants during this time period".

    Is this effective on snails and slugs?
    A
    Fertilome Spinosad Soap is not specifically labeled for snails or slugs. 

    We recommend using a bait for slugs such as Sluggo Plus: https://www.domyown.com/monterey-sluggo-plus-snail-slug-killer-p-1584.html
     
    You will want to use this outside along the foundation near where you are finding them indoors, and you could also use bait indoors, just applied along a wall if it's a bare floor or in bottle caps or bait trays.
     
    You definitely want to check for excess moisture in the area and just outside of it, since that is the condition that favors this pest. I would also check seals on doors and windows and around utilities.
