Triple Action Plus/Triple Action Plus II has been remade and is now Fertilome Triple Action with 70% Neem Oil in which they have removed the PBO making it safe for organic gardening as it contains only all natural products. The Pyrethrin in the Fertilome Triple Action will harm bees if they are in the area during treatment or contact a wet surface after application. Be sure to apply only in the early morning or late evening to limit the contact with bees. The product is safe when used as directed on the product label.
Fertilome Triple Action with 70% Neem Oil is mixed at 1 oz per gallon of water and spray plants until wet but not dripping.
Fertilome Triple Action with 70% Neem Oil works as a foliar spray and will work best when applied directly to the foliage. There is no need to spray the ground around the plant.
Ferti-lome Triple Action is mixed at the rate of 2 tablespoons (1 fluid ounce) per gallon of water.
We would recommend using Fertilome Triple Action on peas for stink bugs. This is an insecticide, miticide and fungicide all in one. The mixing ratio is 1 fl. oz. per gallon of water. This can be used up until the day of harvest.
Fertilome Triple Action with 70% Neem Oil contains both neem oil and pyrethrins, a non-selective insecticide. This product will affect any insects contacted by the direct spray due to the oil and the pyrethrins, so you would want to avoid spraying when pollinators are present. The neem oil alone acts primarily on larval stages of ornamental pests that ingest the active ingredient while feeding, so an option without the pyrethrins would be Bonide Neem Oil Concentrate. Keep in mind that oils may still act as a suffocant to non-target pests.
According to the product label on the Fertilome Triple Action with 70% Neem Oil there is no waiting period, however you would definitely want to thoroughly wash anything that has been sprayed with this product before consumption.
Ferti-lome Triple Action can be applied to fruits and vegetables all the way up to the day of harvest without causing any harm to the plant or you.
The Fertilome Triple Action is labeled to be used on any edible plant and non edible plants. It has not specifically been tested for use on Cannibis plants so we cannot say for certain that it would be okay and you may want to check with other local cannabis growers in your area regarding the use of the product on your plants.
