I spent $140 on this to attempt to kill my dandelion-type weeds. I followed directions exactly (wet immediately before applying in sections) but it only wilted a few leaves of some of the weeds. It has been two weeks now and still not the results that were promised. I'm really disappointed because I had high hopes. It did kill some of the taller weeds. I guess a spray would have worked better. Sad.

If you have not had the particular weed that you are treating identified, then we would suggest calling your local cooperative extension for assistance with identification and for recommendations on which products to use and at what time of year. Received order on time. Using the Scott's Spreader I used, the fertilizer did not cover nearly as much area as it indicated. We will see next Spring how well it performs.

It's been two weeks since application to areas infested with chickweed. I see more growth in fescue but not so much impact killing off the chickweed. I have a second bag to do another application later.

I ordered ferti-lome's Weed Free Zone plus Lawn Fertilizer. I received a box in the mail that was in good condition. I have no idea how they got the package in the box it came in, however I don't intend to ship it again. I have a problem in my lawn with clover, and I'm hoping this takes care of it.
