    While Forbid 4F Ornamental Insecticide Miticide does not specify russet mites on the product label, we have had customers report that they have used it with success, and it will kill russet mites within minutes to hours of contact.

    No, Forbid 4F Ornamental Insecticide Miticide is not labeled for thrips.  Avid is an option for thrips and mites.

    It is recommended that you do not wash off/allow rain or irrigation to the treated areas for 24 hrs following the application of Forbid 4F.

    How much Forbid 4F Ornamental Insecticide Miticide per gallon of water?
    A

    Rates for Forbid 4F Ornamental Insecticide Miticide vary depending on the target pests.  Per the product label:

    To treat for Spider mites (including twospotted spider mite, southern red mite, maple spider mite, spruce spider mite, honeylocust spider mite, Euonymus mite, boxwood spider mite, tumid mite and Lewis mite) False spider mites Rust and blister mites (family Eriophyidae) Tarsonemid mites (including broad mites and cyclamen mites) Use  1.4 to 4 fl. oz. (40 - 120 mL)/100 gallons of spray solution or 2 - 6 mL/5 gallons of spray solution

    For Whiteflies: 2 to 4 fl. oz. (60 - 120 mL)/100 gallons of spray solution or 3 - 6 mL/5 gallons of spray solution

    Would Forbid 4F Ornamental Insecticide Miticide kill a bird mite?
    Just need to kill them, adult, larva, egg. The same way it does a spider mite.

    Forbid 4F Ornamental Insecticide Miticide is labeled for the following pests: Blister Mites, Broad Mites, Flat Mites, Rust Mites, Spider Mites (including Two-spotted, Southern Red, Boxwood, Spruce and Euonymous Mites), Whiteflies (including Sweet-potato, Silver-leaf, Giant and Greenhouse). It is only for application on ornamental plants; it should never be used inside a residential area and is not labeled for mites such as bird mites. We encourage you to have a positive identification from a reputable professional pest control company or entomologist before purchasing or applying pesticides in your home.     I bought the tri jet you sell and was hoping to take advantage. I am fighting broad mites

    No, Forbid 4F is not labeled to be used inside of a fogger. This product can only be used in a pump sprayer.

    If Forbid is used on a bud plant, how long before you can pull the plant?

    I have a shelving unit w/lights that i use to grow tropicals in the Winter. Can i bring them inside under the lights once they have dried off?

    Forbid 4F Ornamental Insecticide Miticide is not labeled to be applied to containerized plants.  It is only labeled to be applied to shrubs, trees (including non-bearing fruit and nut trees), flowers and foliage plants in outdoor landscapes.

    How long should I wait to foliar spray other products after treating with Forbid 4F?
    Chemicals/nutrients/microbes/etc .

    Forbid 4F Ornamental Insecticide Miticide actually gives instructions on the product label for tank mixing with other pesticides, fertilizers and micronutrients so there really isn’t a time restrictions as long as all product labels are followed.
