Fusilade II Herbicide is a grassy weed control herbicide, so it is not safe for use around most types of grasses. Since Kurapia is not listed as tolerant on the product label, we would not recommend using the Fusilade II Herbicide on this groundcover. If you are going to test it for tolerance, we would recommend testing a small area first. You may also want to check with your local Cooperative Extension office for assistance with what herbicides it may be able to tolerate. Since this is a newer type of groundcover, it probably will take some time before it is listed on herbicide labels.
Per the manufacturer, Fusilade II has not been tested on Kangaroo Paw, so we cannot guarantee that it would not harm the plant. This will depend on the specific Turflon Ester product that you are using. Fusillade does recommend to mix with a surfactant for best results whereas many Turflon Ester products do not recommend using one. Due to this it may be a good idea to do separate applications rather than a tank mix. It is important to review the product labels of the items you choose to use for more information and complete application instructions before use.
