Works great on every application so far. So basically birth control in a can, with the added bonus of knockdown, and residual! Roaches and fruit flies are my go to with this. Only downfall with product, is nozzle leaks when I apply product, causing product to leak on me.

I had a German cockroach invasion that my girlfriend brought over from her parents house. I first tried using generic products from your local block and brick store such as the Ortho Home Defense Max and the plastic baits by Combat and another brand. The chemicals I just listed worked, but only slightly. I was so afraid I was never going to get rid of the German roaches bc of fast they multiply and how hard they hide. After doing some short research, my internet showed Do Your Own and I read the reviews. At this point, I had nothing to lose since I wasn't calling a professional exterminator and signing up for a contract. I chose the gel bait, I was skeptical at first bc I've never used them and didn't want the stuff all over the kitchen. However it applied so nicely and accurately and discreetly. I also used the Gentrol complete regulator to disrupt their breeding cycle. I flushed out the roaches that I could find remaining with the spray and only had to use 3/4 of one tube of gel bait for my size kitchen. The gentrol spray worked instantly killing whatever live roaches were still around. And the residual spray obviously kept on working since I never saw one roach again. I still don't have them and it's been almost a month. I would only recommend using Do Your Own for any pest control or other needs you may have. Their products are COMMERCIAL STRENGTH and their team of members are always willing to help and very knowledgeable. They don't try to upsell you or put something off on you that you don't need for the money. They truly want to help you win this war against pests. And I add my victory to their expertise. I purchased this product nearly a month ago. The results are fantastic, the cockroach population in my residence is all but gone. We are about to do another treatment to get rid of the "hangers on" that try to remain. We plan to purchase an additional couple of cans to keep on hand "just in case." We will also guide any of our associates with a pest problem to this product. Thanks so much for your courteous service and swift delivery.

Contrary to the label info, this has a strong odor that lasts for two days - smells like a fuel spill. I'm still getting clothes moths in the small room I treated.

The roaches were running amuck now they are dropping like flys. We noticed an infestation of roaches after the exterminator came for the bedbug problem.A friend recommended this product. The first day we sprayed the entire house. The next day the roaches were dropping like flys. This product is very effective along with the roach bait gel.

Great product, but applicator on aerosol can with flip straw leaks, eventually fails - so you get it all over you and it wastes product left in the can. Another downside is re-application timing (30 days with this vs 90 with just IGR concentrate apparently). I went back to separate applications, using the discs with capsule release onto filter paper for IGR.

I moved into a beautiful apartment, however, it was loaded with roaches that I couldn't get rid of them. I spent so much money on Raid and they were eating them up like candy. I googled pest control and found "Do My Own" products. They were a true lifesaver. This stuff worked immediately, started seeing dead roaches all over, then none at all. The spray nozzle is a great tool. I even spray the hallway leading to my apartment, the door entry, and all the crevices inside my kitchen Everywhere they could possibly hide. I am a little OCD so I typically re-spray about every 2 weeks or so. It is a pricey item $$ but I am very, very pleased with the results!!!

This product works great but leaks all over my gloves and the can is covered and oily after using it.

Since I have found Gentrol my roach issues have completely disappeared. I live in a multiple dwelling and could never seem to get ride of these pesky roaches. I apply about every 2-3 weeks no more than that to keep them at bay. I spray in the kitchen and bathroom underneath the sinks, baseboards behind the stove and inside every crack and crevice. This stuff is the real deal however, if you go beyond 3 weeks of spraying you might start to see them reappear again thinking it is safe for them to return. So I stay up on my applications to avoid and unwanted visitors!! Life great again????. Thank you Do My Own!!

I Bought this product to deal with both fruit flies and Brown Recluse spiders as part of a broader program. I used it with little success on wasps living in the corners of my roof, which delta dust did eventually knock out, and it did kill a few spiders I sprayed directly. It did not kill them immediately, but I later found the spiders dead the following day. So it clearly does work. The fruit flies seem unbothered by it in terms of residual protection.

I have had a long time issue with silverfish in my bathroom which appear to be coming up from my bathroom drain. This product has worked extremely well but I do need to spray regularly every 6 weeks. The one negative is that the nozzle is defective and leaks and tends to quit working when I have lots more product still in the can. I called and tried to get a replacement nozzle but they only come with a new can. So now I have a few cans, each with product, but no way to make use of it. I did want to mention that the staff is very knowledgeable and have been very helpful.

After a week it was still on the windows. I had to remove so my windows would be safe for me and my pet to touch. I cleaned underneath the treated window and found live carpet beetles! Useless AND a waste of time and money.

  Expert response:
For general pest control Gentrol Complete Aerosol should not be applied across an entire windows surface, it should only be used in cracks and crevices around windows and window frames.

I wish you would improve the nozzle from leaking I put on gloves it still runs down my arm, stuff is very poisoning. I'm immuno compromise. It does work great, I have to spray a good bit still. Please improve it so it doesn't leak.

good product buy does have a pesticide odor. will buy again.
