I think this product works well but I really wish there were refills to buy after one had bought x amount of the whole set up.

It is possible that you are not trapping moths because you have either casemaking clothes moths (instead of webbing clothes moths), or a different pest altogether. Be sure that you have taken the pheromone out of the package and placed on the trap as directed. If you have traps that are unopened, then you may return them for a refund. I use these constantly and they work perfectly. We seem to have little moths around certain times of the year, and these traps just fill up with the buggers.

I've had them out for 3 weeks now and the moths are still flying around. There is 1 in one trap out of 4. Totally disappointed. Doesn't do what it says it does, and it was a mess setting up.

Works as advertised

In 2 weeks the trap has caught 100-200 moths near the worst infested spot in a wool carpet. It has continued to catch them through time. My problem is not yet solved, but this helps tremendously.
