Not so good its been down 2 weeks and its torn apart with no germination I wouldn't recommend this product , rather buy a bottled or bagged patch mulch mix with seeds Or buy peat moss wet own then add Bermuda seeds

I'm following directions to the letter three weeks yesterday water two or three times a day loosen the ground water no high pressure water lots of sun rain a couple days off and on nothing came up each day the light green went away little by little by little I know I did everything right so for that I cannot recommend this to anyone two of my neighbors was watching this they wanted some but after this they said no
