    Q
Why is acetone in Happy Jack Skin Balm when it can burn skin?
I am worried. My dog has itched so bad that his skin is cracked and irritated. I wouldn't put acetone on my skin so I'm worried about doing this to my dog.
    A

We apologize but are not the manufacturer so would not know why certain ingredients may be added to the Happy Jack Skin Balm.  We do know that the product is safe when used as directed.  You may reach out to the manufacturer directly for further information on why acetone is added, they can be reached at 1-800-326-5225.
