If dealing with drywood termites there are better options available. You would typically remove and replace the piece of wood they are infesting, treat the wood with a product designed to absorb into the wood like Boracare which will last for the life of the wood, or inject a foam like Premise or Termidor Foam into the galleries where you know there is activity. If you already have dominion, you can use it to spray into the galleries and it will kill the ones that are currently there and the residual will transfer through the colony, however the residual is only about 6 weeks on the woods surface so it doesn't provide a long term protection like Boracare would.
