Per the Dormant Oil product label: Ornamentals: 3 tablespoons (1.5 oz.) per gallon of water. It can be used on ornamental trees any time depending on your target pest. We recommend that you contact your local cooperative extension office and ask for information on the best timging for the type of pest you are treating.
