Lisa from Valley Center writes

I have a stucco home with wood rafters under the overhangs. Would Phos-Chek Wildfire Home Defense be appropriate to use there?

This is a stucco ranch house in a high fire risk area. The trim and overhang are wood with several layers of paint. We also have painted and unpainted wooden outbuidings. Lath and greenhouse, barn/shed, workshop, and pool outbuildings.

Answer:

Yes Phos-Chek Wildfire Home Defense is designed to be applied as a preventative pre-treatment by spraying dry grasses, brush, wood, or other cellulose material around your home at the beginning of fire season.
