I have two Macaws, and birds are highly sensitive to insecticides. Is this safe for indoor use with Birds?

There's a bad flea infestation suddenly in the house I'm moving into. I need to rid the place of fleas before I move in, but I have two large macaws and pet bird,s and I don't know what to do. I'm hoping I can use this downstairs only. Is it safe for in-home use with pet birds???
