I have a sycamore tree in the middle of the lawn and I don't want to kill it. Most of my lawn is bluegrass.
Unfortunately it does not appear that there is any selective herbicides labeled for this type of weed. In your situation it is recommended to spot treat the couch grass with Round Up and kill it directly, and then replant bluegrass in those areas. As long as you do not spray the foliage of the sycamore tree directly, it will not be harmed.
