    Q
Can I apply Headway a few days after Eagle E20?
We have a lawn fungus, and I applied Eagle to the impacted areas. 12 hrs later we got about 1.5 inches of rain over 36 hrs. Our lawn guy suggested that Headway was a better option to treat our fungus. Is it safe to apply Headway 3-4 days after the Eagle application?
    A
You could potentially apply Headway G Fungicide Granules at this point. However, we suggest waiting at least 7 days (14 days would be better) after the last application. This is because Headway G contains propiconazole, which is in the same chemical class as the myclobutanil in the Eagle 20. Applying the same type of active ingredient too often can lead to disease resistance, so we don't want to increase that risk. We have more details on Fungicide Rotation in this article.

    Q
Can Headway G be applied with Pillar G?
Our lawn has been getting TARR for the past few years. I apply Pillar G twice in the spring and twice in the fall. I applied it the 1st of April this year but it seems to be showing up again. Can Headway G be applied since I have already used Pillar G?
    A
Yes, you may rotate between the products for your applications. After applying Pillar G Fungicide, you would wait at least 28 days, and then, you may apply the Headway G Fungicide, though, this product works better as a preventative for Take-All Patch. Please be sure to review the product label for more information and complete application instructions.

For a more curative type of application (for disease that is present), you may use a product such as Clearys 3336 DG Lite Granular Fungicide instead. You may view the full product label here.

    Q
Is there a recommended granular fungicide to rotate dollar spot treatments?
Daconil is listed in the label however, I prefer to stray away from spray applications. Is there another granular fungicide with a different mode of action that would be recommended? This is for a residential lawn with human/pet activity.
    A

You can rotate Headway G Fungicide Granules with 3336 DG Lite Granular Fungicide, it is a group 1 fungicide and it's labeled for dollar spot.
