Hi-Yield Crop Oil Concentrate is a balanced blend of surfactants and oils made to used with herbicides and defoliants that need an oil adjuvant. It increases the contact activity of herbicides, particularly in areas with high temperatures and humidity, and gives uniform coverage. Also works well with fungicides, insecticides, and fertilizers. Best used in lawns. A small amount goes a long way; Mix one to two teaspoons of the product with a gallon of mixed solution. Available in an eight-ounce bottle.

Fill spray tank one-half full of water, add the desired amount of herbicide and continue filling. Add correct amount ofHi-Yield® Crop Oil Concentrate last and continue agitation.
Store in a cool, dry place in original container. Do not store near oxidizing agents. Keep container closed in storage. Do not allow water to be introduced. If Hi-Yield® Crop Oil Concentrate is stored below 20 ºF for an extended period, it may become cloudy and thicken. By raising the temperature above 32 ºF the product will return to its normal clear and fluid state.

Yes, you can use the Hi-Yield Crop Oil Concentrate with the Basagran T&O Herbicde. According to the Basagran product label, the only mention of not adding one is when tank mixing with other herbicides that contain certain active ingredients, 2,4-D, MCPP, or 2,4-DP.
