    Q
    Will High Yield 38 Plus Insect Control- 38% Permethrin be effective if sprayed on the eves of my home to keep wasp from building their nest?
    I'm hoping that if sprayed on the eves of my home and around my gutters it will prevent red wasp from building their nest there.
    A

    Although the Hi Yield 38 Plus Insect Control- 38% Permethrin is labeld to be used to for wasps, please be mindful that this product is oil based and could possibly stain if sprayed outdoors. If you know where the nest is, we would recommend using a dust in the area. This will kill them and make the area uninhabitable for them to live. We recommend you use the Delta Dust. It is waterproof and can last in an area for up to 7 months.

    <body id="cke_pastebin" >

    Both the Tempo and Delta Dust products will work for boxelder bugs that may be getting into crevices of the home and for dusting around eaves and window frames. The main difference is the Delta Dust is waterproof and the Tempo is not, other wise you will get equal control from both.

    Q
    Will Hi-Yield 38-Plus Insect Control - 38% Permethrin kill the bed bugs that have infested my home?
    A

Please take a few moments to look through our Bed Bug Guides to better assist you in what products to purchase. We strongly recommend that you use a variety of methods and products to insure bed bugs are eliminated from infested areas. Using only one product or method will usually NOT be enough to completely eliminate a bed bug infestation as bed bugs can become resistant to products and it is also possible for them to avoid areas that have been treated with certain products.

    We live in the country and ground water is our water source. Will the Hi-Yield soak into the ground water making it unsafe to drink or water plants with?

  • Asked by Harizael from Puerto Rico
    03/08/2016
    Q
    How much Hi Yield 38 Plus Insect Control per gallon of water do I need to treat infestation of termites?
    A

    You would mix 1.6 fl oz of Hi-Yield 38-Plus Insect Control - 38% Permethrin with 1 gallon of water to make a 0.5% spray solution to treat active infestations only.  Please be aware that while labeled for termites, it will only kill the termites that are in the treated area or that are sprayed directly and would be a good preventative for them.  Termidor SC is a much better product that will help to eliminate the colony of subterranean termites and also be a great preventative when used in a trench around a home.
