Yes, Hi-Yield Horticultural Hydrated Lime would have to be watered for it to activate. Generally, ¼ to ½ of rainfall or irrigation would be needed to dissolve the granules into the soil. Please allow 24 hours after the intitial watering of the application to dry before addtional rainfall is expected.
