    Q
How long should I wait after applying Hi Yield Killzall Extended Control before I can plant a vegetable garden?
I want to kill grass In vegetable garden and need a product that will kill grass seed and tubers and I can plant in a minim of time afterward
    A
If you use a product like

Hi Yield Killzall Extended Control in an area, you would not be able to plant any edibles there for a year after using the product. The Prodiamine in the product is a weed preventer and is not safe for use in an edible area. You would need to use a regular just glyphosate product like the original Hi Yield Killzall which will kill any existing plants its sprayed on and can be replanted in that area within about 2 weeks. If there are any plants with tubers such as nutsedge, this is not a way to prevent this plant and it will have to be spot treated as it comes up.

Hi-Yield Killzall Extended Control states on the product label, "Add 3 to 5.75 fluid ounces to 1 gallon of water and treat 1,000 sq. ft."  Therefore, at the higher rate, 287.5 oz. per 50 gal. would treat 50,000 sq. ft.
