    Q
How long should I wait after applying Hi Yield Killzall Extended Control before I can plant a vegetable garden?
I want to kill grass In vegetable garden and need a product that will kill grass seed and tubers and I can plant in a minim of time afterward
    A
If you use a product like

Hi Yield Killzall Extended Control in an area, you would not be able to plant any edibles there for a year after using the product. The Prodiamine in the product is a weed preventer and is not safe for use in an edible area. You would need to use a regular just glyphosate product like the original Hi Yield Killzall which will kill any existing plants its sprayed on and can be replanted in that area within about 2 weeks. If there are any plants with tubers such as nutsedge, this is not a way to prevent this plant and it will have to be spot treated as it comes up.

    Q
Is Hi-Yield Killzall Extended Control safe to use around hop seed bushes?
Looking for a weed control product that will not damage my green hop seed bushes.
    A

Hi-Yield Killzall Extended Control is a non selective bareground herbicide that will kill and prevent weeds for 3-6 months and should not be applied around any desirable grasses, bushes, trees, shrubs, flowers, etc.

Per the product label, when spraying around the base of well-established (at least 6 months old) ornamental plants, shrubs, or trees, shield desirable plants from drift with a sheet of cardboard or plastic. Use caution to prevent application to green stems and leaves, damage can occur.
