    Can I apply at the same time as other fertilizer?
    Got a 3-.5-3 nutrient recommendation from my soil test last fall. I was planning on putting down scott's turfbuilder 32-0-4 but I also need to put down some potash to get the potassium up. Can I apply this at the same time as the Scott's?

    According to the manufacturer, a fertilizer should not be used at the same time as the Hi-Yield Muriate of Potash 0-0-60. A fertilizer can be applied 3-4 weeks after.

    I see that Hi-Yield Muriate of Potash 0-0-60 is not for turf/lawn, but my level of potash was tested from a soil sample and it was recommended to me.

     Hi-Yield Muriate of Potash 0-0-60 is not labeled for lawn appliction, so we cannot recommend it, but you could use TurfGrassPro 0-0-29 instead.

    What setting is used for a rotary spreader to apply Hi-Yield Muriate of Potash 0-0-60 to the lawn?
    Will be used on Empire Zoysia and Centipede grass for fall application.

    Hi-Yield Muriate of Potash 0-0-60 should be applied to plants directly, avoiding direct applications to roots, stems or foliage of the plant. It is not used for turf applications. You can browse our Lawn Fertilizers here.

    If Potash 0-0-60 was expired, it is advisable to use?
    A

    We are unaware of any expiration date on Hi-Yield Muriate of Potash 0-0-60 or any other fertilizers, so the product should not go bad unless it was allowed to get wet and become caked up in the bag. You may have seen a production date on the bag.

    Should I spread potash during drought conditions or should potash be watered in for best results?

    We would recommend you apply Hi-Yield Muriate of Potash 0-0-60 whenever the soil become depleted of potassium and is needed. You do need to water in after application per the product label.

    Can I add to water to use Hi-Yield Muriate of Potash 0-0-60 in a pump sprayer?
    Want to add potassium to staghorn fern attached to tree

    Hi-Yield Muriate of Potash 0-0-60 is applied as a dry granule as directed on the product label it is not water soluble.  It is more for use on crops not trees.

    Is Hi-Yield Muriate of Potash 0-0-60 water soluble?
    Would like to add this using an injector in a fertigation system.

    Hi-Yield Muriate of Potash 0-0-60 is not water-soluble. This product is highly concentrated, therefore care should be taken not to apply directly to the roots, stems or foliage of the plant.  It should be worked into the soil and watered thoroughly after application at a rate of 1/2 lbs. to 100 square feet or 1/2 lb. to 100 row feet of crops.

    No, Hi Yield Muriate of Potash is not meant to be used in an aquaponic system. It should only be applied directly to soil and watered in as directed.

    Orange fruits are so sour and bitter. Will Hi-Yield Muriate make fruits sweet.

    Hi-Yield Muriate of Potash 0-0-60 is not labeled to be used on citrus trees and it appears that you would need nitrogen to prevent sour fruits not Potash.  There is a guide here that can help.

    Can I apply Hi-Yield Muriate of Potash 0-0-60 into the soil then plant bulbs in the fall?

    Hi-Yield Muriate of Potash 0-0-60 should be worked into the soil at 1/2 lbs to 100 square feet or 1/2 lb. to 100 row feet of crop. (Note: 1 lb. is approximately 2 cups.) as directed.

    How often should potash be put down in a yard, monthly?
    A

    The amount of potash will be determined by your soil needs. We recommend getting a soil test annually buy purchasing a kit for each area being tested (sent out for lab results) or contacting your local cooperative extension office for soil testing.

    Will this high level of potassium kill lichen on tree trunks and limbs?

    Hi-Yield Muriate of Potash 0-0-60 is not labeled for use on trees to target lichen, so we can not recommend it for this purpose.  We would recommend reaching out to an arborist in your area, a local tree nursery or to your to local cooperative extension office to inquire about treatment options for lichen on your trees.

    Can Hi-Yield Muriate of Potash 0-0-60 be used on lawns?
    I followed your advice and used a Soil Test Kit for my lawn. It recommended the Hi-Yield Muriate of Potash 0-0-60 however in reading through the questions, this cannot be used on lawns so I am confused.

    Hi-Yield Muriate of Potash 0-0-60 is not labeled to be used on lawns and for use on plants that grow below ground (carrots, potatoes, onions, etc). 

    TurfgrassPro 0-0-29 or TurfGrassPro Phite 0 - 0 - 26 would be alternative products labeled for lawns/turfgrass.

    If my lawn soil analysis recommended that I need Potash like the Hi-Yield Muriate of Potash 0-0-60, don't want to apply liquid what is my other choices?

    Since Hi-Yield Muriate of Potash 0-0-60 is not labeled for lawn applictions, the only other option that is not liquid for Potash only is Sunshine Harvest Potash Fertilizer 0 - 0 - 60
