Needed supplement for organic fertilizer
By Justin on 04/27/2018
I have been on an organic fertilizer plan for a while (milorganite). After a soil analysis I found that my soil was deficient in Potassium. This is largely due to Milo not having any in it. I used this as a supplement to boose the soil back to acceptable levels. Product was easy to apply and showed greener grass in a couple days. I will perform another soil test to confirm that increase in potassium.

Excellent Potassium Fertilizer
By Chris on 06/14/2020
Potassium is great for more than just "winterizing" Potassium helps with Nitrogen uptake as well as drought resistance. First step, soil analysis- don't skip this step, contact your agricultural extension office and they will give you incredible advice. It is best to buy fertilizers in their components rather than a "all-in-one" bag of Scotts. After obtaining your analysis this product will supply the required potassium for quick uptake.

After my soil savvy report, I need a 0-0-50 organics fertilizer. Can I use this and a hose end spray to apply?
Yes, TurfGrassPro 0 - 0 - 29 could be applied via hose end sprayer, however we would suggest using a pump sprayer or backpack sprayer for a more accurate application.

My soil tests show 10.67 Potassium levels so I am looking to boost a potassium deficiency in my residential lawn.
Yes, TurfGrassPro 0 - 0 - 29 would be a good high potassium liquid fertilizer for quick foliar absorption into the plant. The mix rate for both warm and cool season turf is 2.0 - 3.0 oz. per 1000 sq. ft. every 7-14 days.

Is this per 1 gallon?
The amount of water you will use is with TurfGrassPro 0-0-29 however much water it takes you to cover 1,000 sq. ft. We recommend putting plain water in your sprayer and mark off a 50' x 20' area and apply that water just as if you were applying your chemicals. When finished check to see how much water it took you to cover that area and this is the amount of water you will use with your 2-3oz of product. The reason it is labeled this way is because everyone is using different equipment and walks at a different pace, for example it takes me 1 1/4 gallons to cover 1,000 sq. ft. however my co-worker applies it with his tow behind sprayer and it only takes him .50 gallons to cover 1,000 sq. ft.
The most important thing is that you are getting the right amount of product down in that 1,000 sq. ft. otherwise you may not get the results that you expect.
