This package of Hi-Yield Rose Fertilizer 6-8-6 was developed for people who want many richly colored roses. Hi-Yield Rose Fertilizer 6-8-6 helps produce green leaves and essential new growth on which new blooms develop.
NEW PLANTS AND SINGLE PLANTINGS
- Work 1 cup of Hi-Yield Rose Fertilizer 6-8-6 into 1/2 of the soil removed from the hole.
- Place mix in bottom of hole and cover with 2-3 inches of original soil forming a mound.
- Spread roots over mound and replace remains of the original soil.
- Pack soil well around roots using foot pressure and water thoroughly after applying.
ESTABLISHED PLANTS
- Apply 1 cup of Hi-Yield Rose Fertilizer 6-8-6 per bush.
- Apply evenly around the bush 6-8 inches from (not on) the trunk.
- Work lightly into the soil and water thoroughly.
NEW PLANTS IN BEDS
- Sprinkle 3 lbs. of Hi-Yield Rose Fertilizer 6-8-6 over 100 square feet of bed area and spade into the soil.
- Water thoroughly after applying.
Application Rates:
- New beds: 3 lbs. per 100 sq. ft.
- Established Roses: 1 cup per bush spread 6-8 inches from trunk of Rose.
