The sprayer that is attached to the end of a garden hose. There are two controls. One to turn the water on and off, and a second that turns the Neem Oil feed on and off. Which direction is "On" for the Neem Oil feed? (pointed up (12 O'Clock), or pointed sideways (at the 9 O'Clock position)?
If you are referring to the Monterey 70% Neem Oil RTS, then you can view the full instructions on page 2 of the product label here. You will connect the bottle to the hose, turn on the water, remove the pin, and then turn on the product flow and water flow. The red product valve will rotate toward you so it's more flat to use the container (you cannot turn it if the pin has not been removed).
