How do you use in Tamper Resistant Bait Stations?

Do you just puncture the pack with the rods in bait stations when adding to tamper-resistant bait stations? Also, would this be considered one of the "Safer" rodenticides? This will be used outside in anchored bait stations. Children are on the property. My primary targets are roof rats and deer mice.

Answer:

When using the Kaput Rat & Mouse Bait place packs, you would wear gloves and use the rods in your rodent bait station to pierce the packets. It is best to use anchored stations so that large animals cannot move the stations and potentially spill any of the bait pellets.

For the most safety, you may consider using the block form of this bait instead. Kaput baits are less toxic than other rodenticides to non-target animals since the active ingredient is a multi-feed rodenticide.
