Lois from Frankfort, Ky writes

How long after application of Rodeo to Johnsongrass is it safe to plant starter wild flowers?

I have treated an area in a meadow and plan to make a wildflower area. New plants are in 4" deep cones.

Answer:

Anytime you use a Glyphosate-based product such as Rodeo Herbicide you want to give at least 2 weeks before planting anything new to allow the glyphosate adaquate time to break down in the soil.
