Hi-Yield Killzall 365 will kill grasses, weeds, etc actively growing and then prevent any new growth for up to 1 year. You will need to wait 1 year to reseed or plant in the areas treated with Hi-Yield Killzall 365.  Roundup QuikPRO would be a better option to kill weeds and grasses and allow you reseed after 2 weeks.
