I applied TVC with a surfactant 6 days ago and I see no difference yet. They were short common lawn weeds along side my garage, which I cut down to under 2" first.
TVC Total Vegetation Control can take up to a couple weeks to see results. The label recommends that you allow sufficient time for the grasses/weeds to recover after mowing before applying TVC Total Vegetation Control, meaning they work better at a longer height. TVC is a systemic herbicide and works by translocating through stems and leaves and destroying the plant root, so the longer the leaves and stems, the more quickly it will be absorbed. We recommend letting the weeds grow to a longer height and reapplying TVC Total Vegetation Control at the proper mixing ratio according the product label.
