With Rodeo Herbicide it starts to be absorbed immediately as long as the weed is actively growing and healthy, and not stressed by heat, cold or drought conditions.  Visible effects on most annual weeds occur within two to four days, but on most perennial weeds visible effects may not occur for seven days or more, with complete kill taking up to 2 weeks and may take multiple applications depending on the type of weed.
