I'm wondering how long it takes for adult fleas to die after coming in contact with the dried residual of Ultracide?

The time it takes depends on several factors, such as the age and health of the insect and how much of the product it came in contact with. You should continue thoroughly vacuuming your home every day for 14 days after the initial treatment. After 14 days you should do the follow up application of Ultracide that is required to break the infestation cycle. Any pets should be treated with a product that is labeled for use on animals.
