After reviewing the Product Information Sheet of Peters Professional 20 - 20 - 20 General Purpose Fertilizer, it shows that 1 tsp per gallon of water would be for approximately 238 ppm. It seems to get closer to the 150 ppm, you would need to be closer to a 1/2 tsp per gallon of water. We would recommend contacting the manufacturer directly to confirm.
