Answer:

The rate amount of Q4 Plus Turf Herbicide needed is going to depend on the type of turfgrass you have (Cool/Warm Season) and also how many square feet the 40 gallon tank sprayer will cover evenly and thoroughly.   For Cool Season Grasses, the rate is 2.6 - 3 oz. per 1,000 sq. ft. (7 - 8 pints per acre) and Warm Season Grasses, the rate is 1.8 - 2.6 oz. per 1,000 sq. ft. (5 - 7 pints per acre)  Please view the product label for more information.
