How much water needs to be used to activate the Sevin Lawn Insecticide Granules?

Irrigated with 1 inch of water, do the granules dissolve immediately or take time to dissolve?

Answer:

Sevin Lawn Insecticide Granules should be watered in with 1/2 inch of water, rainfall or irrigation. If there remaining granules after watering, lightly rake the granules on the soil to help break them down a bit quicker.
