Neutralize Spray Tank Cleaner Dry states that every 1lb will treat 100 gallons of water. So for 350 gallons you would need 2.5lbs. The instruction for this product are as follows; 
 
Fill spray tank to half capacity with water
1 - Engage agitation 2 - Slowly add 1 pound (dry) of Neutralize for every 100 gallons of water
3 - Agitate throughout tank for approximately 15 minutes
4 - Rinse internal areas of tank - Empty tank by the boom and other outlets to ensure all are clean
5 - Close valves and refill tank with clean water - Empty water through all outlets and boom to ensure no residue remains
