How should Bifen IT be applied to houseplants to treat for fungus gnats?

Answer:

Bifen IT is safe on house plants on the foliage.  For fungus gnats you would be using as a soil drench to treat.  The other option is to allow the soil to dry out completely as this will kill any larvae in the soil.
