My yard is relatively small and doesnt have much grass. It is mostly a mix of loose floridian sand and dark soil and leaves from my tree which i keep raked as much as possible. What would you recommend for flea treatment? I saw that many of the granules work by "settling deep into the base of grass". Considering I dont have grass what would you recommend as a solution?
We recommend using a liquid insecticide such as Onslaught. Onslaught can be sprayed directly on soil and on non-edible vegetation to control fleas. We also recommend adding an insect growth regulator to help stop the flea cycle in your yard. IGR's work to help stop juvenile fleas (eggs and pupa) from developing into sexually mature adults.
