How wide is the spread pattern of the Chapin Professional Stainless SureSpread Salt/Ice Melt Broadcast Spreader?

With and without baffle

Per the manufacturer, the Chapin Professional Stainless SureSpread Salt/Ice Melt Broadcast Spreader approximate spread pattern with the baffle flaps up is 16 ft.  With all flaps down, it is about 4 feet.
