Tree service cut a number of Brazilian Pepper trees (mid-East Florida). Service poured diesel on stump. How should I best use this to kill the roots, when to reapply & what personal safety equipment to use during application.
Hi-Yield Triclopyr Ester is not labeled for cut stump applications. But Remedy Ultra Herbicide is a similar product that is labeled for this use. Cut Stump: 20 to 30 gallons with oil to make 100 gallons and Spray the Root Collar area, Sides of the Stump, and the Outer Portion of the Cut Surface, until fully wet. You will use basic safety supplies when applying Nitrile gloves, boots, and safety glasses.
