If ProStar 70 WG Fungicide was used as a fall preventative for large patch in centipede, do I apply once or twice in fall?

I've had a problem with large patch in my centipede. I've never used a fall fungicide preventative. I've heard ProStar is the best. Should I put down one or two applications in the fall?

Answer:

According to the ProStar 70 WG Fungicide Product Label: Large Patch- Apply preventively in the fall, alone or as part of a seasonal large patch program, when soil temperatures are at 72-75F.  Repeat in the spring when disease activity begins. Repeat applications can be made 28 days apart if needed.
